Free the Fridge is a family app we're building. Right now this website does one thing: it lets you join our waitlist. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. Short version: we keep very little, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

What we collect

We don't ask for your name, address, phone number, or anything about your kids on this website.

What we use it for

We will never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored

Waitlist signups are stored with Supabase, a database service. Only the Free the Fridge team can read them. When we start sending waitlist emails, we may move the list into an email service to send them. If we do, we'll update this page and name it here.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and posts people find useful. It sets cookies, so we only turn it on if you tap OK on the cookie banner. If you tap No thanks, no analytics run and no Google cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime using Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.

We remember your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask on every visit.

Kids

This website is for parents and caregivers. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

Changes

When the app launches, this policy will grow to cover it, including our promise that family and location data stay opt-in and family-controlled. We'll update the date at the top whenever we change it.

Questions
